A PINK BAR, YOU SAY?
From the people who brought you Primadonna, Sofia and Bice restaurants and lounges, Ristorante Cavalli is yet another culinary experience that must not be missed. Cavalli has one of the city’s most glamorous bars, it’s pink, from which delicious cocktails are served. The list of red, white and dessert wines, as well as champagne and martinis is vast.

MEDITERRANEAN AND ITALIAN VARIETY
For starters, try the spinach salad with blue cheese, toasted Brazil nuts, peaches, and Sherry vinaigrette, or the spicy tuna tartar served over Yuzu couscous. The selection of pastas includes penne with a blue cheeses sauce and radicchio, asparagus and Grenoble nuts, as well as fettucine with a tomato, basil and parmesan sauce. Meats are also in abundance, with the menu featuring dishes such as ribeye with portobello mushrooms and herb roasted potatoes in a Rossini sauce as well as grilled veal, and rack of lamb with a fresh oregano crust. Sesame crusted tuna and miso marinated black cod with rock shrimp and toasted almonds and fresh market catches will fill your fish cravings.

Ristorante Cavalli is a flexible and versatile space. There is seating for 160 in the dining room. There is also a terrace where, in season, patrons can enjoy the bustling city that is Montreal. The second floor is for private or semi-private dining and can seat 150 guests; great for any special occasion or office event. Charming lighting, intricate chandeliers and the infusions of wood are decorative highlights at Cavalli.
