A LA ITALIANO
Established in Milan in 1926, Bice has grown to include locations in Paris, Tokyo, London, Istanbul, and of course, Montreal. Bice has earned its place as one of this city’s finest Italian restaurants serving a wide array of savoury meat, fish and pasta dishes a la Italiano in a very chic and elegant atmosphere. As any aficionado of fine Italian cuisine knows only too well, no meal is complete without a glass of wine and Bice boasts an extensive list to complement any dish you choose.

MOUTH WATERINGLY DELICIOUS
Start with the tuna sashimi and its tartar served with exotic macedoine salad, or the grilled octopus with grilled romaine hearts, split fava beans and a creamy caper emulsion. Or, sample the creative seared foie gras with tomato tartar, roasted potatoes and pine nut brittle. Bice also has homemade pastas such as the vegetable-stuffed ravioli, sauteed with organic sun-dried tomatoes and marjoram. How about the guitar string pasta with fresh lobster and seasonal mushrooms? If you’re in the mood for meat, try the veal chop, filet mignon, osso bucco, or roasted rack of lamb. Fish lovers will probably opt for the halibut, grouper, shrimp, tuna steak, or the fish of the day.

VELVETY DESSERTS
For dessert you can enjoy a velvety chocolate pudding and coffee granite with a twist, the lemon mousse served with hazelnut chocolate wafers, or the white chocolate mousse with a liquid raspberry centre. Not tempted yet? Try the homemade ice cream or sorbet, creme brulée, or Bice’s classic tiramisu. The restaurant itself is comprised of two floors, with two rooms on the second floor for private parties that can accommodate up to 80 diners each, as well as a main dining hall for up to 150 people. From May to September, diners are invited to enjoy the spectacular garden terrace.
